Concert halls are used for the enjoyment of all kinds of (symphonic) music. Therefore, the acoustics of these halls are very critical, not only at listeners’ positions in the hall, but also at the musicians and conductor on stage. Besides room acoustics, sound insulation to outside and within the building are important issues.
