The basic principles on sound and acoustics are treated in the three bachelor courses "Bouwfysisch ontwerpen" part 1, 2 and 3. During these courses all aspects of building physics are touched: acoustics, heating, moisture, ventilation, light and building systems. All three courses are given in Dutch.

Bouwfysisch Ontwerpen 1 consists of 2 parts concerning the aspects of building physics related to human beings. After a series of lectures an exam has to be passed (7S005). Besides that, an assignment is given on one of the subjects of building physics. The course is given by several teachers. More information can be found on the owinfo website.

Bouwfysisch ontwerpen 2 (7S200):  

Bouwfysisch Ontwerpen 2 also consists of a series of lectures with an exam and an assignment. The focus of the course is on the building physics of building structures. More information can be found on the owinfo website.

Bouwfysisch ontwerpen 3 (7S310):

Bouwfysisch Ontwerpen 3 treats the integration of building physics into the design process. As an example an earlier student's design has to be worked out from a building physics point of view. More information can be found on the owinfo website.
