During the course "Geluidisolatie" (in Dutch) practical problems are treated on the subject of sound insulation and noise control in buildings. During the lectures the basic principles and modeling of sound insulation of building structures and within buildings are treated. Beside lectures, workshops are given with experiments in the Laboratorium voor Akoestiek. The course is passed by a exam and the workshops assignments.
