Good response to international Master Classes

In spring 2009 two Master Classes took place. One, Acoustics for Symphonic Music was given by dr. A.C. Gade. Together with the 8 participants many room acoustical issues have been discussed. Also the guest presentation by H. Flintrop and the interactive workshop with Big Band Lier gave new insights into stage acoustics.

The second one, Transfer of acoustical energy across junctions was given by prof. E. Gerretsen. This master class was given for the third time but for the first time in English. A very international group of acousticians participated and shared their knowledge about building acoustics from their side of the world.
